Returns & Cancelations

Got an item you would like to return or an order you would like to cancel? 

 

For all on bike garments and accessories supplied through Bioracer, we have to adhere to our kit suppliers returns policy.

For Casual Kit, if your order is still showing on your account as 'Unfulfilled' and you wish to cancel or amend, please head to our form below and fill in all relevant details. If you wish to amend your order, please simply request a cancellation and place a new order, we will be in touch regarding a refund or additional payment if required.

 

Due to the nature of Custom kit, once orders progress into production returns/exchanges are not allowed unless authorised by the Club Committee.  If you believe you have received a faulty item, please report it to us again using the form below and attaching some photos of the affected area(s).
